1. About Seygov

Seygov provides subscription-based, web-hosted application solutions designed for use by United States local, state, and federal government entities. The platform offers deployable applications, administrative dashboards, and integration capabilities intended to support public sector operations.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The Services are intended for use by government agencies, authorized representatives, and approved organizational users. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization and that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Subscription and Access

Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis according to the selected plan. Subscription features, limits, and availability may vary by plan and are subject to change. Seygov reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, configurations, and connected systems, including identity and messaging services you integrate with the platform. You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal agency policies.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Systems

Seygov may allow integration with external systems such as identity providers, email servers, or domain services controlled by your organization. Seygov does not operate or manage these third-party systems and is not responsible for their availability, configuration, or security.

6. Data and Content

Your organization retains ownership of all data and content submitted or generated through the Services. Seygov does not claim ownership of agency data and will process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services, subject to applicable agreements and policies.

7. Security

Seygov implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the platform. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, Seygov is committed to maintaining a secure operating environment appropriate for public sector use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting platform operations, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. Seygov reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Availability and Maintenance

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance or updates may result in temporary interruptions. Seygov will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Upon termination, access to the Services will end, and data handling will follow applicable retention and deletion policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seygov shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amounts paid under the applicable subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

Seygov may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which Seygov operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
